Jennifer Vile opened one of the first Exclusive Buyer’s Agencies on the beautiful Central Coast in 2008 after recognising a growing need to offer our services to assist owner occupiers, business owners, professionals, high profile individuals and out of area buyers.

Growing up at Avoca Beach has given Jennifer the passion for beachside locations and enjoys nothing more than helping buyers to match them with the property that best suits their requirements.
Agenté covers areas from the Central Coast to Newcastle, but specialises in the Avoca Beach, North Avoca and surrounding areas.

Jennifer is a fully licensed Real Estate Agent with 15 years as an experienced investor. A successful business owner of 11 years, she recognised the inefficiency and frustrations of spending weekends searching and inspecting open houses, being shown unsuitable properties and searching the internet, instead of spending time with your family and doing the things you enjoy the most.

Real Estate Professionals need to have a well developed skills-set, including local market knowledge and excellent communication with clients, selling agents and consultants. Also, ongoing trusting relationships that build rapport within the local community and the Real Estate Industry.
